Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, extreme weather, volcanic activity, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule services or provide credit for future travel. Refunds in such cases are subject to supplier policies.
Our Liability
We maintain appropriate professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the services we directly provide or arrange. We act as an intermediary for third-party suppliers and are not liable for their acts or omissions.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, and personal liability. Travel in Iceland can involve outdoor activities with inherent risks.
Participant Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants meet physical requirements for booked activities, possess valid travel documents, and disclose relevant health conditions.
